A much sought-after performing artiste by various cultural organizations all his life, he was often booked for his concerts, months in advance of the dates, a key indicator of his evergreen popularity.

He was a star, a big draw,  and his charismatic looks, warm smile and charm, endeared him to people as well.

Aside from playing for so many of the renowned cultural organizations in almost every city and country that he had toured and performed in, he had also actively supported and routinely gave concerts, thereby contributing his mite, to many enterprising organizations with noble objectives, raising funds/awareness, promoting many a good cause.
